Review: Unfortunately, I’m unable to chime in with the other positive reviews of this shop.I ordered flowers for my friend who was staying nearby for a funeral. I ordered £40 worth of sunflowers (her favourite) and white flowers (for the bereavement). The gentlemen on the phone assured me they would be able to fulfil the order to my specs the next day.What my friend ended up receiving was 1. not £40 worth of flowers in my opinion 2. not at all what I had ordered – see the picture below.Fair enough, maybe a mistake was made, so I called the shop to ask what had happened. They asked me to send them an email with the below picture. It bounced back because the email address was wrong. I found the correct email for myself on their website, and after chasing multiple times finally got a reply with the offer of another bouquet to be delivered. But my friend was no longer staying nearby as the funeral had come and gone, so I asked for a refund. I have since chased twice, and a month from my initial order and email and I have still not received a reply or a refund. I will always support independent business where I can but this was a disappointing experience.

Review: From first call – picked up by a friendly and helpful gentleman – to delivery with my same day order, their service was exceptional. I purchased these for my Mum and she said not only are they the best flowers she’s ever received (she is a retired florist herself), the delivery driver was friendly also. I have seen photos and they were so beautiful and just what I wanted for her. I will absolutely be using again for purchases in the Surrey area. Thank you!
